Whitney has a varied career path of accounting, sales, design, and business ownership. Constantly pushing the boundaries of what success looks like she has accreditation in everything from holistic arts to investing. Professional rodeo, to home design. The one thing they all have in common is putting creative growth strategy and work ethic together to achieve results. 

With a first career in accounting Whitney quickly went from accounts receivable to sales, to helping open a new location, to designer at the same company; this solidified her passion of business growth and development. Upon leaving that company she became a partner and the CFO of a large construction company for a decade. After exiting that business in early 2025 she had the opportunity to go back to school in finance and law.

 She began consulting for others in business in 2020, taking on individual clients, speaking on stages, networking, and growing her professional image. 

This time is allowing her to rebrand and rebuild her consulting services to best align with her continuing education.  Rebranding to Novus Atelier Group allows the firm to focus on educating and assisting clients specifically on the financial heartbeat of their lifestyle, business and goals in knowledgeable, creative, and empowering ways.

She has spoken on stages, in podcasts, crafted small group trainings, emcee of events, and would love to be a part of your next event or collaboration.
