The Novus Atelier Group is built on a simple premise: mastery is built one discipline at a time, and true expertise rarely exists in isolation. The company is structured around three "houses"—Business, Finance, and Design—each representing a distinct area of accumulated knowledge, professional experience, and hands-on practice.

Spiritual Energetics - Offers a space of calm, connection, and wisdom. A place to explore the seed of who you are and how to live that in an authentic and real way. This is the start back to self and without deep understanding and love for self all else falls short. 

House of Business centers on financial acumen: the numbers, structures, and decision-making frameworks that turn ambition into sustainable results. On overcoming entrepreneur fatigue, apply strategy and creative flow back into your business, and grow.

Novus Design House  brings together interior and exterior design, applying a trained eye and technical skill to transform physical spaces to build a home that holds safety and space for all that you build and love. 

Each house draws on years of professional and personal development, formal education, and direct industry experience. The Novus Atelier Group's approach is grounded and practical, built for clients who want guidance rooted in real-world results rather than theory alone. This foundation is reflected in a track record of career accolades and professional achievements across each discipline.

The goal across all three houses is the same: to help others build their own mastery, using proven methods and a straightforward, results-oriented approach.

"I've been fortunate to scale myself in so many areas that I found passion in; from educating on stages, to professional rodeo to yoga/holistic achievements. Design, Finance, and Business are areas that I have found I can work with others for creative and driven results.

 From my first degree and job in accounting, to being the CFO of a large construction company for a decade. My personal and professional experience and education allow me to show up in many different areas of business, creative solutions, and strategy. 

Ive learned through many different clients and business experience that the heartbeat of it all is the "money game".  Without fluidity your dreams will die; and what we are taught the least about is how to manage our finances. Budgets, reporting, investing, being aware of your accounts, having structure and knowing where you're going are crucial. Because of the importance of having financial acumen and the lack of education most have in this area I have built upon my initial accounting background to include a house of finance into my offerings. Working through the system to become accredited and currently in an undergrad in finance; which will move into law. 

Design has an interesting interweaving into the Novus Group. As an award winning designer, I have found a love for the process of creating a dream with my design clients. Designing their vision for their home, whether it's a new build or remodel, our home is the catylst we all get to spring from. If you home is in alignment, you can grow wings from there. Consulting on a design build or consulting on business;  the same hope, drive and desire is expressed from the client and its exhilarating to be a part of it. 

Energetics has been a deep and raw journey; from experiencing a horrid incident of Domestic Abuse at a younger age that threw myself and my family into a state of needing to find healing outside of traditional therapy to save my heart and soul post trauma to learning how to rebuild over the years into someone I am proud of. Energetics offers a place of learning and connection where you get to step into the world of healing within the light and shadow parts of yourself and learn how to integrate that into a social and worldly structure. This is humbling and transformative work that I am honored to be able to hold space for. 

All Consulting is curated dependent on clients needs. Because each client has a unique area of business strategy, personal development or design the best format is to book an initial meeting or service. This way I can learn what your needs are, how to best fulfill on those needs, get a scope of work and contract together; and get started from there. 

This is not a " put you on a call a week and you work through a predetermined process", which leaves you trying to address your pinpoints within a box of "business techniques". This is educated, experienced, connected strategy and development to create lasting and grounded skills for your specific needs and develop grounded and aligned clarity to put you on a path that creates momentum
